Bedtime at home with four kids five and under is challenging. Often I find myself saying short prayers with little time to really focus and concentrate on what I am doing. I came across this interesting article and I thought I would share it with you.BEDTIME PRAYER WITH OUR CHILDREN.

I found the article both encouraging and challenging. Typically, I lead bedtime prayers with my son, with my wife taking over if I am unable. I will sometimes read one of the Psalms in lieu of praying, especially if something has happened during the day or previous night that I believe is addressed by a specific Psalm. I am going to prayerfully consider what the author has established for prayer time as it seems sound.
